RC Components knows Harley-Davidson riders very well. Which is good, because that’s their target customer base. That’s a very handy trick for things like turning a profit and keeping your kids fed. So when H-D came out with the Milwaukee-Eight platform, RC went to work making great products to go with it. One such new toy for the H-D bagger crowd was this here 4.5-inch slip-on muffler.

Each muffler features a full length 4.5-inch diameter muffler body with a precision tuned 3 inch stepped core baffle. This unique baffle design transitions from a 2.5 inch louvered core into a wrapped 3 inch perforated baffle, which works to produce a deep smooth rumble while providing you with increased horsepower and torque.
But that was in 2017, this is now. World’s changed, son. Now we’ve got newfangled monoshock Softails in place of Dynas as well as, well, oldfangled under-the-frame shock Softails. Touring pipes aren’t going to do much good to owners of the new bikes, no matter how awesome the mufflers work. Aftermarket companies know that but I’m guessing you do too. RC Components is no exception and they have 2018 pipes ready and waiting for Softail owners too.
